Refund & Exchange Policy
At Snakory, we take pride in the quality of our snacks. Please note that we do not offer returns or exchanges for change of mind. Because our products are perishable, all sales are final.
Eligibility for Refunds or Exchanges
We only offer refunds or exchanges in the event that your order arrives in an unsatisfactory condition. To be eligible, the product must meet one of the following criteria:

Damaged: The product arrived broken or the packaging was compromised.

Expired: The product is past its "Best Before" or expiry date upon arrival.

Incorrect Item: You received a different product than what you ordered.
Mandatory: Open Box Video Requirement
To protect both the customer and Snakory, an "Open Box Video" is strictly required to process any claims.

You must film a continuous, unedited video of yourself opening the package for the first time.

The video must clearly show the shipping label and the condition of the items inside.

Claims made without an accompanying open-box video will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
How to Initiate a Claim
You have 24hours after receiving your item to request a refund or exchange based on the criteria above.

Provide Proof: Include your order number, a description of the issue, and attach your Open Box Video.

Evaluation: Once we review the footage and verify the issue, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your claim.
Damaged and Issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon reception. If the item is defective or damaged, contact us at the email above right away so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Non-Returnable Items
As a food-based business, we cannot accept returns on:

Perishable goods (food, snacks, or drinks).

Sale items or gift cards.

Hazardous materials or flammable liquids.
Refunds
If your claim is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method.

Processing Time: You will be refunded automatically within 3-5 business days.

Bank Delays: Please remember it can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your claim was approved and you haven't received your funds, please contact us at online@snakory.com.
Exchanges
If an exchange is approved (for example, if you received the wrong flavor), we will ship out the replacement item at no additional cost to you once the error is verified via your video.
